Key advice for beginner teachers

When you started out in the teaching profession, what did you find particularly challenging? Hopefully you received some good advice from more experienced colleagues to help you find your feet.

Whether you’re new to the classroom or an old hand, learning from others is an important part of your ongoing professional development. And it works both ways – sharing your own successful strategies can help others.
