Inspirational teachers: Part 1

Today the international community celebrates World Teachers' Day. To honour the work they do, Teacher has put together a special series where educators, public figures and members of the community reflect on inspirational teachers.

In the first video, educators from Casuarina Senior College in Darwin, Northern Territory – Aaron Motlop, Peter Ramsay, Petroula Yiannakos and Tim Burch – tell us about their most inspirational teacher.

In Part 2, Professor John Hattie, Emeritus Professor Dylan Wiliam, Former Prime Minister of Australia Julia Gillard and Global Teacher Prize winner Nancie Atwell reflect on their most inspirational teachers. Clink on the link to watch the video. Inspirational teachers: Part 2
