Lisa Aitken is a learning designer and educator currently working at the Centre for Social Justice and Inclusion at University of Technology Sydney. She has a background in psychology and secondary education and has worked as a teacher in high schools in South West Sydney and East London. She works to ensure that all students have the opportunity to access higher education, no matter their background, if they choose too. Lisa has been developing schools outreach programs, particularly for students at low socioeconomic high schools, for over a decade. More recently she has supported NSW schools to develop future focused curriculum.
