Natalie Rens

Education researcher

Natalie Rens is a PhD candidate in cognitive neuroscience at the Queensland Brain Institute and an early career researcher in the Science of Learning Research Centre (a Special Research Initiative of the Australian Research Council). Her research investigates neural mechanisms of voluntary decision-making. She also tutors Design Thinking, an approach that teaches people how to embrace the creative process to solve problems, and is a strong advocate for inspiring change through education.
